Our Secret to Instant Stress Relief

lavender soap
As summer winds down, the busyness of back to school takes over - even for those without kids! Suddenly there is more traffic and before you know it, the holidays are here! Stress and sleep deprivation (along with poor diets) really take a toll on your mental, emotional, and physical health. Add in the changing weather and you have a recipe for disaster!

While we may not have all the answers, we can introduce you to the benefits of lavender: our secret to instant stress relief (and more)!

Lavender (the plant, not the color) is from the mint family and has many beneficial properties and uses outside of its look and smell. We use it in essential oil form - a very concentrated form. Anytime you use essential oils you must keep in mind that they need to be appropriately diluted.
