What's In Your Soap?

One of the most common questions we are asked about our products is “what’s in your soap?” This is a great question!  Exploring ingredients in your bath and body products is so important and we are proud to be transparent about ours! We aim to offer products made from all-natural ingredients locally and USA-sourced, including our packaging!
In each bar of soap, we have three main ingredients: coconut oil, soybean oil, and olive oil, in addition to of course, our goat milk! We also use essential oils or phthalate free fragrances for the delicious scents you have come to recognize. Why do we use these ingredients to create our small-batch, handcrafted soaps?
First, we try to use ingredients that are safe to consume internally. If you can’t eat it, should you be applying it to your skin? We think not!
Coconut Oil
This ingredient offers antimicrobial, anti-fungal, and antioxidant properties as well as improved skin health. It also offers hydration and prevents water loss keeping your skin looking plump, dewy, and youthful. Coconut oil has also been proven to protect against infectious agents, chemicals, and allergens. It also can help reduce skin inflammation and defects in the skin barrier.
Soybean Oil
This particular oil enhances the skin barrier and promotes hydration (hello double dose of younger, fuller looking skin!). The high Vitamin E content helps support skin health and fight inflammation. The Vitamin E also fights against damage and acne.
Olive Oil
This oil is also rich in fats, antioxidants, and vitamins which have been proven to improve skin moisture, anti-aging effects, and recovery from sun. Improving skin moisture combats dry skin and helps skin fight daily stressors and aging to appear more plump, youthful and healthy. Olive oil change also lowers the risk of acne, increases collagen, and cleanses skin.
Have you spotted a common theme yet? These three oils combine to offer one mega punch for your skin’s health!
Which soap bar made from these three wonder oils is your favorite and why? Let us know in the comments below!

I can’t stress enough how much we love this soap. Our skin is soft and clean, it’s no longer all dry and cracked.
For the love of soap!! Anne Luce

Since you are closing, I guess it’s time to make my own! Do you give out the complete recipe?
Do you use lye? Etc. so many questions.
Please help me continue using your soap, with me making it!!!!
Thank you all so much. Anne Luce
